Tulemme jakamaan osallistujille pienet lomakkeet johon täytetään oma kokonimi, puhelinnumero ja allekirjoitukset. Lomakkeessa on vaihtoehto haluaako oman koko nimensä näkyvän netissä virallisella http://www.thrilltheworld.com sivustolla. Lähetämme tiedot heille myöhemmin.
Tapahtumaa ennen tulemme ottamaan kuvia, kuin myös tapahtuman jälkeenkin muutamia otoksia, joista parhaat valitut lähetetään myös virallliselle sivustolle. Tähän meillä on mukana erikseen oma kuvaaja ja vain oman valokuvaajamme otoksista valitut kuvat tullaan lähettämään sivustolle. Tietenkin itsekin saa kuvia ottaa tapahtumasta. Tapahtuma tullaan videoimaan ja video tullaan myös lähettämään pääjärjestäjälle.
Harjoitukset ovat siis lauantaina klo: 22:00.
Pakollinen se ei ole mutta mukaan saa tietenkin tulla.

The last days are running pass and the moment is in hand!
I remind all participants to be present at 02:00am at Rautatientori.
We will share small forms for all the dancers where you need to write your full name, phone number and your signatures. You can decide yourself in the form do you want your full name to appear on the official http://www.thrilltheworld.com website. We will send the information to them later. Before and after the event we will be taking pictures. Best of those pictures will be picked and sent to the main organizer. For this we will have our own photographer present. Of course you can take pictures yourself as well but only the photos taken by our own photographer will be sent to the official website. Video footage will also be taken of the event and sent to the organizer.
Rehearsal will take place on saturday night at 22:00 (10:00pm).
It is not mandatory but you are welcome to join us.
